In December, Salve will celebrate the holidays with a Holiday Band Concert on December, 5th and A Christmas Carol Concert on the 10th and 11th.

Newport is also getting ready for the holidays.

The Victorian Christmas Tours are starting at Astors’ Beechwood Mansion

festively decorated home. There will be live entertainment to celebrate the holidays. Tours started November 11th and will run through the holiday season.

Also, The Breakers, The Elms and Marble House will be decorated for the holiday season from November 12 through January 2. Enjoy the spirit of Christmas as these summer cottages of the Gilded Age are transformed into a winter wonderland.

On December 4th, Bowen’s Wharf will host a Christmas Tree Lighting

The event will include magnificent tree lighting and many other holiday

activities.

Getting away from the Holiday spirit, but still an event people should not miss, is the appearance of O.A.R at Lupo’s At the Strand in Providence on November 22nd. Tickets are on sale now.
