With a scalding hot coffee in one hand and Hello Kitty paraphernalia in the other Stephanie Turaj walks to class listening to some Bon Jovi “Living on a Prayer” on her i-Pod. Though she’s only a freshman, Stephanie is already thinking well into the future. She aspires to write for a newspaper or a magazine by day and walk along the moonlit beach by night, possibly with Dane Cook because he could make her laugh, even on the most romantic of occasions. Stephanie hopes to one day leave her hometown of Shelton, Conn. to travel to France and Japan with her two staples in life: caffeine and biscotti.
