“To me, songwriting is the backbone of Nashville. Looks can go, fads can go, but a good song last forever.” — Alan Jackson

Alan Jackson’s soothing voice has been gracing the wave-bands of country music radio for close to 15 years. Jackson produces hit after hit, triple platinum album after triple platinum album and, consequently, country music fan after country music fan. Some may call it luck, but most would call it great lyrics paired with an even greater voice and laid back personality.

Along with fellow country music star, Martina McBride, Jackson will be performing what has been dubbed “the most anticipated country music tour of 2004.”

Jackson and McBride will be performing at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence on Friday, April 23, 2004, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets, which range from $39.50 – $51.00, are available through ticketmaster.com or through the Dunkin’ Donuts Center box office at 401/331/6700.
