The pop/punk rock band, Something Corporate, is planned to rock out in the Rodgers Recreation Center on Saturday April 16th at 7:00 p.m.

Campus Activities Board member, Brandon Gavin said that the Californian natives are hard to put into one music category.

“Each one of us has the courage and vision to do many things.” It was with this statement that Salve Regina University’s annual Women of Courage and Vision luncheon began on Wednesday, March 30, in the Ochre Court State Dining Room, where four women closely associated with the University – one staff, one faculty, one community, and one student – were honored by friends and colleagues for being women with a strong sense of courage and great vision.

Women’s Track and Field Update:

After only one and half years at Salve as the women’s track and field coach, Coach Scott Hutchinson is already seeing improvement. The team boasts a roster of 23, up from last years team of 15.

The team welcomes back returners Lisa Silveira, and Kendra Czarnecki, both of whom qualified for NCAA New England’s last year.

One of the main factors in my decision to attend Salve Regina University was the fact that it is a Catholic school. My parents sacrificed a lot to send me to a Catholic grade school and high school, and I thought that I could show them how much I appreciated it by continuing my Catholic education at a Catholic university.
