The tears are welling in my eyes. I am looking back over four years and remembering the losses and the tragedies living life can present. I am remembering the beauty and the splendor of these four years. Have you stopped and listened to your heart lately? This world, this moment in time moves so fast onto the next moment in time-it is seldom anyone takes a moment to stop to feel their existence.

Students in Dr. Jameson Chace’s “Humans and Their Environment” class began Friday like any other. However, they did not know that afternoon they would all become partners in a fishing company for the next 10 years. The class gathered in Jazzman’s Café to embark on their fishing career.

Recently, I have had an increase in my viewing of reality television shows. This may be in part to the fact that every other channel has some sort of reality based show. From “The Soup” on E, “The Moment of Truth ” on Fox, and any dance, song, modeling, dating, cooking competition shows, it is clear that America is obsessed with other people’s lives.
