On Feb. 3, 2009, Salve Regina’s Chapter of The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) presented the film, “Praying with Lior,” a documentary film about a young boy named Lior Liebling who has Down Syndrome and a strong faith.

“Praying with Lior” tells Lior’s story as he prepares for his Bar Mitzvah, the Jewish coming-of-age ceremony.

Ah, the beginning of a new year. A fresh start, a clean slate and a world full of blossoming opportunities stand right outside of your front door. Invigorating, isn’t it? I think so.
