One man and 109 women tore up the stage Saturday and Sunday at Salve Regina University’s fall dance performance titled “Tearin’ Up.” Both shows took place in Rodgers Recreation Center, where dancers danced on a wooden stage in the gym.

On Saturday night, people had the “Pay What You Can” option, or could bring a canned good for charity.

Online criminals set up phony emails disguised as commercial websites such as Ebay. Other criminals are using popular websites or file sharing programs to hide their malicious software. Some users do not take proper precautions when setting up their wireless networks, allowing anyone to log on.

Viruses associated with colds and influenza cause most sore throats. Unfortunately, we can come into contact with these viruses many different ways, including when someone coughs or sneezes, hand-to-hand contact with an infected person or sharing objects, such as utensils, towels or a telephone.

About 70 current sophomores and juniors at Salve Regina University piled into the O’Hare lecture room 260 on Oct. 30, to learn about the upcoming room draw.

For many students at Salve, the room draw can be more stressful than final exams. It can be especially stressful for sophomores who live in Hunt Hall, a freshman dorm this year because they received a bad room draw time.
