Women’s Track and Field Update:

After only one and half years at Salve as the women’s track and field coach, Coach Scott Hutchinson is already seeing improvement. The team boasts a roster of 23, up from last years team of 15.

The team welcomes back returners Lisa Silveira, and Kendra Czarnecki, both of whom qualified for NCAA New England’s last year.

NEWPORT-RI- Mad Hatter Bakery owner and chef, Audra Lalli, once was requested to make a white, two- tier wedding cake in the shape of the Newport Pell Bridge. In order to complete this peculiar task, the bridge had to stand on top of two cakes, side-by side.

Martin “Chef Joe” Geraghty has brought his talent in the kitchen and a taste of Ireland to Newport.

After growing up in a small town in Ireland, Joe decided to make cooking his career. He attended hotel and catering college there and crossed the pond to continue his career in New York City.
