“Creatures of Imagination” is an exhibition currently on display at the Dorrance H. Hamilton Gallery in Antone Center. A curated and artfully arranged showcase of the Art and Art History department’s nature cabinet, the collection features a wide range of nature-based subjects of art and design studies.

The cabinet’s contents hail from different locations across the country. They serve as an invaluable source of study for students in the art department, as demonstrated by the pages of poetry and sketches that currently cover the walls of Hamilton.

The Nature Cabinet’s new logo, with it’s new title, “Creatures of Imagination,” was designed by Nenee Angulo, ’22.

The gallery is on display for just one more week, scheduled to close on November 18. The gallery is open from Tuesday to Thursday from 11 to 6, and Wednesday to Friday from 11 to 5. It is closed on weekends and Mondays.

Keep an eye out for the nature cabinet’s upcoming new website!
