Rugby Club Holds Annual Fundraiser Friday

The Rugby Club will hold the third annual Rent-a-Rugger event this friday.

Rent-a-Rugger is an annuel fundraiser that the Salve Rugby Club holds to pay for their expenses that they encounter over the season. It also helps pay for their tournaments that they play in the spring.

Rent-a-Rugger is a fun event that helps the team raise funds while providing an entertaining event for Salve students. Each player will strut his stuff on stage to music or showcase a talent. The highest bidder in the audience gets the rugby player for four hours. The rugby players will help the winning bidders with chores around their dorm room or house.

The event will be held Friday Oct. 23, 2009 at 7 p.m. in Bazarsky Lecture Hall. It is open to the Salve community.
